TecDevs offers a range of digital services, with pricing determined by the project’s complexity and scope. Service fees are outlined and agreed upon during the initial consultation, ensuring transparent and fair pricing.
Payment Methods: The payment gateways that are mentioned on our website can be used to make payments and major credit cards, debit cards and other electronic payment options are all accepted.

Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights related to the work we create for you will be transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Referral Program
Introduction

Referral Rewards
- Referrers are eligible to receive a cash bonus of up to 20% of the referred project value upon its successful completion or upon receiving the first payment.
- Referred clients can also earn a cash bonus of up to 20% of the project value upon successful project completion only.
Program Changes
TecDevs.Net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at its discretion. Participants will be informed of any changes.
Communication
By participating, referrers and referred clients consent to receiving communications related to the referral program. Opt-out options are available.
Compliance
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. TecDevs.Net reserves the right to disqualify referrals that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
TecDevs.Net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the referral program.

These terms and conditions are effective as of 22th June 2022. Referrers and referred clients are bound by the terms in place at the time of referral submission.
Termination of Services
Both TecDevs.Net and the client have the right to terminate services with prior notice. Any applicable refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
In the event that you violate these terms and conditions or participate in any behavior that we consider harmful and inappropriate we retain the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services without giving you prior notice.
- Immediate Termination: Any illegal activities, misuse of our platform, or serious breaches of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your account without the possibility of a refund.
- Voluntary Termination: You may choose to terminate your account or discontinue using our services at any time. All unpaid bills and obligations, however, will still be payable.
