Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our dedicated customer support team at support@tecdevs.net within seven working days from the completion of the project. We kindly request that you provide detailed information regarding the reason for your refund request, along with any supporting documentation or evidence.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your refund request, our team will promptly review and assess the request based on the information provided. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will initiate the refund process within five days except the off days like Friday and Saturday.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed primarily using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies and processing times.
Non-Refundable Fees
It’s important to note that certain fees, such as third-party payment processing fees, referral bonuses are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount
Referral Program
Referral Bonus Refund
Referral bonuses are non-refundable. Once processed and disbursed, bonuses cannot be revoked or refunded.
Cancelled Referral Projects
If a referred project is canceled before completion, the referral bonus may not be applicable.
Refund Discretion
TecDevs.Net reserves the right to exercise discretion in cases of exceptional circumstances where a refund may be considered.
